Terms of Service

Effective date:

These terms govern your use of ImageHub. ImageHub is operated by QUEST LABS LIMITED. By using the site you accept them; if you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Accounts

Accounts and workspace access. You can use ImageHub tools directly from their individual tool pages without creating an account or signing in. You must sign in to start a task from the all-in-one workspace on the ImageHub homepage. An account is required only for tasks started from the homepage workspace and for using My assets.

You are responsible for keeping access to your email address and account secure, and for what happens under your account.

Deleting your account permanently deletes the account and all data associated with it immediately, including items in My assets, Workspace content, task history, and account settings. This action cannot be undone.

My assets and storage

When you are signed in, images you upload and images ImageHub generates or processes for you are automatically saved to My assets. Free accounts include 100 MiB of storage in My assets, and storage limits may differ between account plans. ImageHub may prevent new uploads and image tasks when My assets is at or above its storage limit.

You can permanently delete individual items, multiple selected items, or the oldest items needed to free storage space. Deletion from My assets is immediate, cannot be undone, and has no recycle bin. Keep your own copies of any images you do not want to lose.

Your content

You keep every right you already have in the images and prompts you upload. You grant ImageHub only the permission needed to provide the service you asked for: to store, transmit, and process your content, and to pass it to the AI service providers that carry out the task. The AI models section below describes our models and processing services. That permission exists for the purpose of running the task and nothing else.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload what you upload, including any rights held by other people who appear in your images.

Results you generate

You may use the results you generate with ImageHub for personal and commercial purposes.

We do not promise that your results are exclusive to you. AI models can produce similar output for different people, and we make no claim that anyone else will be prevented from generating something comparable. We also make no promise that any result is protected by copyright, or that using a result does not infringe someone else's rights — whether a given output can be registered, owned, or safely published depends on the law where you are and on what you put in. Check anything you intend to publish or sell.

AI models

AI Remove and AI Object Remover use AI processing services provided through RunningHub.

ImageHub tools are built on AI models made by other companies and research teams: Wan, FLUX.2 [klein], FLUX.1, Qwen-Image, Qwen-Image-Edit, SeedVR2, Z-Image-Turbo, Qwen-Image-Edit-2509 / Qwen-Image-Edit-2511 + Emoji LoRA, Qwen-Image-Layered, and Qwen-Image-Edit-2509. The About page lists the tools behind each model. Every result ImageHub returns is generated or edited by AI.

ImageHub is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the makers of these models, and the model names belong to their owners.

Complaints and takedown requests

If you believe content on ImageHub infringes your rights, send the details to support@imagehub.ai, including what the content is, where it is, and the right you are relying on. Send other reports and complaints to the same address.

Prohibited use

No NSFW content. You must not use ImageHub to upload, submit, prompt for, generate, edit, transform, or share any content that is not safe for work (“NSFW”). This prohibition includes pornography, full or partial nudity, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive material, fetish content, sexual exploitation, sexual violence, graphic gore, and any sexualized content involving minors. NSFW content is prohibited without exception.

You must also not use ImageHub to:

  • break the law, or produce content that is unlawful where you are;
  • infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • deceive or defraud anyone, including creating fake documents, identities, or evidence;
  • impersonate a real person or create content presenting a real person in a way they have not agreed to;
  • create deepfakes: realistic images that show a real, identifiable person doing something they did not do;
  • create hate speech: content that attacks, demeans, or incites hatred against people because of their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or serious illness;
  • create content showing graphic violence or gore, or content that threatens, glorifies, or incites violence;
  • harass, threaten, bully, or abuse anyone;
  • get around, disable, or interfere with the security, rate limits, abuse prevention, or access controls of the service, or attempt to access parts of it you are not authorised to reach.

We may block content, suspend access, or remove an account when these rules are broken.

Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out these content rules in full, explains how we moderate content, and tells you how to report content that breaks them. It forms part of these terms.

Payments and refunds

ImageHub tools are currently free to use. We do not charge for any task and we do not collect payment details, so there are no payments to refund.

If we introduce paid plans or credits, we will publish their prices and our refund policy on this page before anyone is charged. Those terms will apply only to purchases made after they are published.

Availability of the service

ImageHub is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, that a task will always succeed, or that a result will meet your expectations. We may change, suspend, or withdraw features.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change we will publish the new version on this page and update the effective date above. Continuing to use ImageHub after a change means the updated terms apply to you.
