Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ImageHub. ImageHub is operated by QUEST LABS LIMITED. By using the site you accept them; if you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Accounts
Accounts and workspace access. You can use ImageHub tools directly from their individual tool pages without creating an account or signing in. You must sign in to start a task from the all-in-one workspace on the ImageHub homepage. An account is required only for tasks started from the homepage workspace.
You are responsible for keeping access to your email address and account secure, and for what happens under your account.
Your content
You keep every right you already have in the images and prompts you upload. You grant ImageHub only the permission needed to provide the service you asked for: to store, transmit, and process your content, and to pass it to the AI service providers that carry out the task. That permission exists for the purpose of running the task and nothing else.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload what you upload, including any rights held by other people who appear in your images.
Results you generate
You may use the results you generate with ImageHub for personal and commercial purposes.
We do not promise that your results are exclusive to you. AI models can produce similar output for different people, and we make no claim that anyone else will be prevented from generating something comparable. We also make no promise that any result is protected by copyright, or that using a result does not infringe someone else's rights — whether a given output can be registered, owned, or safely published depends on the law where you are and on what you put in. Check anything you intend to publish or sell.
Complaints and takedown requests
If you believe content on ImageHub infringes your rights, send the details to support@imagehub.ai, including what the content is, where it is, and the right you are relying on. Send other reports and complaints to the same address.
Prohibited use
No NSFW content. You must not use ImageHub to upload, submit, prompt for, generate, edit, transform, or share any content that is not safe for work (“NSFW”). This prohibition includes pornography, full or partial nudity, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive material, fetish content, sexual exploitation, sexual violence, graphic gore, and any sexualized content involving minors. NSFW content is prohibited without exception.
You must also not use ImageHub to:
- break the law, or produce content that is unlawful where you are;
- infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- deceive or defraud anyone, including creating fake documents, identities, or evidence;
- impersonate a real person or create content presenting a real person in a way they have not agreed to;
- harass, threaten, bully, or abuse anyone;
- get around, disable, or interfere with the security, rate limits, abuse prevention, or access controls of the service, or attempt to access parts of it you are not authorised to reach.
We may block content, suspend access, or remove an account when these rules are broken.
Availability of the service
ImageHub is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, that a task will always succeed, or that a result will meet your expectations. We may change, suspend, or withdraw features.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change we will publish the new version on this page and update the effective date above. Continuing to use ImageHub after a change means the updated terms apply to you.
