Privacy Policy
This policy explains what ImageHub does with the content and information you send us. ImageHub is operated by QUEST LABS LIMITED. If anything here is unclear, write to support@imagehub.ai.
Images and prompts
ImageHub is not an offline editor. When you run a task, the images you upload and the prompts you write are sent to ImageHub servers, and on to the AI service providers required to complete that task. Those providers process the content on our instruction so that we can return your result.
Your content is used only to provide the service you asked for. We do not use your images or prompts to train models, and we do not sell them or share them for advertising.
How long content is kept
For free tasks, the content you upload and the result we generate are deleted from our active systems within 24 hours of the task completing.
Content you deliberately save to your Workspace is kept so that it is there when you come back. You can delete saved items yourself at any time.
We keep technical logs to run and secure the service. Those logs record events, not image content — the pictures themselves are not stored in them.
Account information
You do not need an account to use ImageHub's individual tool pages. If you sign in, we store the email address you sign in with, the sign-in method you used, and the session record that keeps you signed in. Signing in with Google means Google tells us your email address; it does not give us access to your Google account.
Technical information
Like any website, ImageHub receives technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, timestamps, and error details. We use it to serve the site, diagnose failures, and detect abuse such as automated scraping or attempts to overload the service.
Cookies and local storage
ImageHub uses cookies and browser local storage for things the site needs in order to work: keeping you signed in, remembering which sign-in method you last used, holding a draft in the homepage workspace, and protecting the service against abuse. We do not use them to build an advertising profile of you.
Service providers
We rely on other companies to run ImageHub — AI model providers that carry out the image tasks, hosting and storage providers, and providers of authentication and abuse-prevention services. They may process your content or information only to perform their part of the service for us.
International processing
ImageHub is operated from Hong Kong, and the providers described above may operate in other countries. Your content and information may therefore be processed outside the country you are in.
Security
Traffic to and from ImageHub is encrypted in transit, access to stored content is restricted to what is needed to operate the service, and free-task content is removed on the schedule described above. No online service can promise perfect security, and we do not claim to.
Children
ImageHub is not intended for children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to support@imagehub.ai and we will remove it.
Your requests
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it, including your account. Send the request to support@imagehub.ai from the email address on the account so that we can identify you. Saved Workspace items can also be deleted by you directly.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will publish the new version on this page and update the effective date above. Continuing to use ImageHub after a change means the updated policy applies to you.
