Questions about plans

Do unused credits carry over?

Subscription credits are added at the start of each billing month and expire at its end. Annual plans add them month by month too, not all twelve months at once. Top-up credits never expire, and subscription credits are always used first.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Upgrades take effect right away and add the difference in monthly credits for the current billing month. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account returns to Free: unused subscription credits expire, and top-up credits stay on your account.

What happens to My assets if my storage allowance gets smaller?

Nothing is deleted. You can still view, download and delete your items, but new uploads and image tasks wait until My assets is back within your plan’s storage.

My assets
