Acceptable Use Policy
This policy sets out what you must not create with ImageHub, how we moderate content, and what happens when the rules are broken. It forms part of our Terms of Service. ImageHub is operated by QUEST LABS LIMITED.
What this policy covers
It applies to everything you put into ImageHub and everything ImageHub produces for you: the prompts you write, the images you upload, and the results our tools generate or edit. It applies on every tool page and in the workspace, whether or not you are signed in.
Prohibited content
You must not use ImageHub to upload, prompt for, generate, edit, or share any of the following.
- Sexual content and nudity. Anything that is not safe for work, as the Terms of Service define it: pornography, full or partial nudity, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive material, and fetish content.
- Violence and gore. Graphic violence, gore, mutilation, or cruelty to people or animals, and content that threatens, glorifies, or incites violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
- Hate speech. Content that attacks, demeans, or incites hatred or discrimination against people because of their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or serious illness, including symbols used to promote hatred.
- Child sexual abuse material. Any sexual or sexualized depiction of a minor, whether the image is real, drawn, animated, or generated by AI. We do not tolerate it in any form.
- Deepfakes and impersonation. Realistic images that show a real, identifiable person doing something they did not do, or in a way they have not agreed to; any nude or sexual image of a real person; and content made to impersonate a person, brand, or organization, or to mislead people about what is real. Editing photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to it, is allowed.
- Copyright and trademark infringement. Uploading or generating content that infringes someone else’s copyright or trademark, such as reproducing protected characters, artwork, or logos without permission.
You must also not try to get around our moderation, for example by rewording a refused prompt or splitting it across several tasks. The Terms of Service list further uses that are not allowed, such as breaking the law, fraud, and harassment.
How we moderate content
Prompts typed into tools that accept text are screened automatically before the task starts. A prompt that fails the screening is refused and the task is not run.
Automated abuse prevention also runs on every task: it limits how many tasks each visitor can run in a day and restricts tasks sent through proxy and VPN networks.
A person reviews every report we receive. Automated checks can miss things or make mistakes, so reports are an important part of how we keep ImageHub safe.
Reporting content
If you see content made with ImageHub that breaks this policy, or that uses your image, likeness, or work without your permission, email support@imagehub.ai. Tell us what the content is, where you saw it, and which rule you think it breaks. We review each report, take the action described below where the content breaks this policy, and reply to let you know we have dealt with it.
Reports involving the sexual abuse or sexualization of children are handled first.
What we do when the rules are broken
Depending on how serious the breach is and whether it has happened before, we may:
- refuse the task, which still counts toward your daily allowance;
- remove the content, including items saved in My assets;
- restrict or suspend your access to ImageHub;
- permanently close your account.
When we find child sexual abuse material, we remove it, close the account involved, and may report it to the relevant authorities.
If you think we got it wrong
If we have acted on your content or your account and you believe we made a mistake, write to support@imagehub.ai from the email address on your account and tell us why. We will look at the decision again and tell you the outcome.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will publish the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
